Adler is the second most popular place on the Black Sea coast after Sochi. Due to the surrounding Caucasian ridge, the area of the city is protected from strong winds. Also, due to the convenient location of Adler, there is a pleasant microclimate with a comfortable temperature.

The coast of the Adler district is one of the most picturesque vacation spots in Sochi. Its total length is about 16 km. After the Olympics, there were no wild beaches left here — the entire coastal area of the city was improved and equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and water attractions. However, among the wide variety of places to relax by the sea, the central beach remains the most popular choice.

Chaika Beach

This is a public beach in the city with a huge selection of entertainment. Its length is 1 km and its width is about 50 meters. This area is mostly covered with small pebbles.

Ogonyok Beach

It is located near the Park of culture and recreation. Ogonyok is a free public place with a pebble surface. Many tourists prefer this particular beach because of the gentle descent to the water and the developed infrastructure: there are showers, changing rooms, toilets and a large offer of entertainment. On the beach, you can rent a catamaran or scooter, hang gliding, take part in boat trips or scuba dive to the bottom of the sea.

Mandarin Beach

Unlike other places, the main coating of the "Mandarin" is sand. 

Its special feature is the tents and bungalows, which are staggered. It also has the usual relaxation areas with sun loungers. There is a volleyball court on the shore, as well as a surf school.

Toilets and swimming pools are located not far from the Mandarin shopping center. There are also restaurants, cafes, various shops, as well as souvenir shops.

Comfortable rest and entertainment of the central coast

When choosing places to relax, they often look at options with a rich offer of entertainment, but comfort and cleanliness are equally important to many. This is especially important for families with children.

The coast of any city by the sea can become a place where a large amount of garbage accumulates. But not on the central coast of Adler! As in Sochi, the cleanliness of the coastline is systematically monitored here. City services take out containers with garbage as they are filled, and also regularly clean the beach.
